Oral Citations• Make sure to give the author, year, and title if

applicable

• For example– “According to Livesay in 2007, in an article entitled

Emotional expressivity, psychological gender, and relational satisfaction: Towards a “recipe” for satisfying romantic relationships, there were no significant sex differences in reported levels of relational satisfaction.”

• After naming the article (or book) the first time, you can cite the same study from then on like this:
