Type 06 entry functionality is currently available in the ACE Certification and Production environments
Type 06 entry functionality is available for Weekly Estimate filing
Type 06 may be filed Certified From Summary, except for Weekly Estimates
A standalone Type 06 entry may be filed with an Remote Location Filing (RLF) flag
RLF entries are no longer “required” to be filed Certified from Summary
In ACE, current Type 06 functionality allows filing HTS #s in effect when Cargo entered zone
Entries from/for those FTZs with “privileged status” are allowed to (also) file Type 06 with the original HTS # that may have a different (lower) duty rate

Getting Ready for ACE As the mandatory dates draw near, make sure you have
taken all the necessary steps.
