ACME ASES centrifugal pumps are of single-stage end-suction, top discharge, center

line mounted design. Fully compliant with API 610 latest edition design criteria.

They are engineered and built to ensure reliable and safe performance while providing

continuous service life at an efficient cost. The ASES range of pumps have the most

comprehensive hydraulic coverage and range of materials available in the industry.

FeaturesMore than 3mm corrosion allowance for extended use in corrosive applications.

Back-pull-out construction allows rotating assembly to be withdrawn without disturbing

both piping connections and driver thereby simplifying maintenance.

API 682 seal housing is constructed to accommodate a wide range of seal designs and

configurations to meet severe heavy-duty requirements. A full range of API 610 seal

flushing plan is available.

Heavy-duty, stiff solid shaft design

Heavy-duty, angular-contact ball bearings

with a minimum operating life of 50,000

hours ensures long life and reliability.

Special bearing arrangements available for

high suction pressure applications.

Heavy-duty carbon steel bearing housing fitted

with bronze labyrinth type oil seals retain oil and

exclude atmospheric contaminants and moisture.

Finned bearing housing is available as an option

for air-cooled bearing design.
