Overview
There are a large number of specialist attendance reports within SIMS. Attendance includes many
reports on individual pupil/students and on groups. Some reports show all the attendance marks
for sessions, others show the total number of present and absence marks or percentage
attendance. This document has been created to collate some of the more useful reports including
a list of those which may be asked for by Ofsted.
Ofsted Reports
As mentioned in the overview, we have devised a list of attendance reports that may be useful for
when Ofsted visit. All these are pre-defined reports with SIMS and they can all be accessed via
Reports > Attendance. A key has also been devised to assist with locating these reports.
