Irrigation System Operation Harbor Course: The Harbor Course irrigation area includes the Harbor golf course, River Club

subdivision, Harbor Village, Sunset Cove subdivision and Sunset Trace subdivision.

Pump 8681(N) supplies irrigation water to the Harbor golf course, subdivisions Sunset

Cove and Sunset Trace and the common areas associated with the Via Marbella right of way. Pump 8681(N) draws water from the Reclaim lake. The Reclaim lake is augmented with reclaimed water from Indian River County and surface water transferred from Lake 7. Reclaimed water is requested from Indian River County on an as-needed basis by visual inspection.

The homeowners of River Club subdivision draw irrigation water directly and individually

from Lakes 3, 4, 5 and 6. Harbor Village draws irrigation water from Lake 3. Lakes 1 – 7 are controlled at elevation 2.0. No groundwater augmentation occurs in the Harbor Course irrigation area. The Falls: The Falls irrigation area consists of The Falls subdivision.

Pump FP-1 draws water from Lake 28 and supplies irrigation water to The Falls subdivision. Wells FW 1-4 (four 2” shallow wells) supply groundwater to Lake 28. The wells are pump. Pump control is manual and on an as-needed basis by visual inspection. Lake 28 is controlled at elevation 6.0.

Common Area: The Common Area irrigation area is defined as the area outside of the golf courses and subdivisions. This area is made up of the main internal road right of ways in the River Course irrigation area, the landscape areas at the front entrances on Indian River Boulevard and US-1 and the right of ways of Indian River Boulevard and US-1 that border the development.

Pumps 20084(P) and 1604(F) are dedicated to supplying irrigation water to the Common Area. Pump 20084(P) draws water from Lake 9. Lake 9 is interconnected with Lake 8. Well 8678(D) augments groundwater to Lake 8 and is manually controlled on an as-needed basis by visual inspection. Pump 1604(F) draws water from Lake 16. There is no groundwater augmentation to Lake 16. Lakes 8 and 9 are controlled at elevation 6.0. Lake 16 is controlled at elevation 2.0.

Oak Harbor: The Oak Harbor irrigation area includes the Oak Harbor golf course, the residential development and the common areas within the road right of ways.

Pumps 20081(H) and 20082(I) supply irrigation water exclusively to the Oak Harbor irrigation area. Pumps 20081(P) and 20082(I) draw water from Lakes 20 and 21. Lakes 20 and 21 are interconnected with Lakes 19 and 23. Wells 8676(C) and 8677(B) augment groundwater to Lake 20 and are manually controlled on an as-needed basis by visual inspection. Lakes 20 and 21 are controlled at elevation 2.0.

River Course: The River Course irrigation area includes the River Golf Course and Club including 10 clay tennis courts, the following residential developments; St. Davids, Victoria Island, Harmony Island, Newport Island, Coventry Island, Wood Duck, River Village, St. Andrews Island, St. Joseph’s Island, Harbor Side, and the common areas within the road right of ways.

Pump 1848(G) supplies irrigation water to the River golf course and club area, subdivisions; St. Davids, Victoria Island, Newport Island, River Village, St. Andrews Island, St. Joseph’s Island, Harbor Side, and the road right of ways and common areas throughout the irrigation area. Pump 1848(G) draws water from Lake 19. Wells 8676(C) and 8677(B) augment groundwater to Lake 19 through the connection between Lake 19 and Lake 20 and are manually controlled on an as-needed basis by visual inspection.

Surface water transfers occur from Lake 6 to Lake 11 and from Lake 16 to Lake 19 on an

as needed basis and when surface water is available. Lakes 10, 11, 14 and 24 are controlled at elevation 3.0. The remaining lakes in the

irrigation area are controlled at elevation 2.0.
