Johnnathan’s career began in Mexico City where he graduated from Mexico’s finest culinary institute

working at 5-Star and 4-Diamond resorts. After having lived all over the world Chef Johnnathan brings

his Mexican, French and international influences to Killarney. He has over 20 years of experience with

creative cooking, culinary management and operation logistics. We sincerely look forward to sampling

all he will be serving our guests this season. Please welcome Johnnathan to Killarney.
