Each person, FlrmorCorporatiori, transacting business in thcr City of Livingston, Kentucky, by selling goods, wSites or | merchandise from trucks shall be required to pay th# privilege license tax imposed for the operation of that branch of busi-ness in Livingston, Ky.

,, .--The revenue levied and coUected above shaH be used exelusively for the purpose above set out, end-shall be collected by the City.Clerk of Livingston, Ky„ whose duty it is to, issue said License and collect therefor, And so no person firm or corporation shall be engaged in any business, trade or profession or occupation set out herein or operate any motor vehicle as set out'in the above schedule without first procuring said License and paid therefor.

Every License granted' and provided herein, is subjected to be suspended or revoked at the pleasure of the City Coun-cil of Livingston, Kyi, upon sufficient cause and upon such revocation, the Eicense shall, become NULL and the Tax fee paid for such License shall be forfeited to the said City of-Livingston, Ky. The City Council may for good cause, waive the for-feiture Snd pay back the Licensee the proportionate part of the unexpired time of any City License. Any person, Firm or Corporation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be-FTNED for each offence, not leis than Five ($5.00) Dollars, or not more than N i n e t e e n ($19.00) Dollars. • Where the License is stipulated by the Year or. the Day, each day in the business, trade or profession is pursued- in violation of Ordinance^r any part thereof, shall constitute a separate offence. Any Section or clause herein declared unconstitutional shall n o t affect the validity of any other section or clause. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances that are in conflict with this Ordinandi! anr hereby- repealed: -
