APPLICANTS OF THE NW COVID-19 RELIEF FUND CALLED UPON TO SUBMIT OUTSTANDING DOCU- MENTS The NWDC is calling upon applicants who have applied for the North West Covid-19 Relief Fund, and who have not yet received their pay-outs, to monitor their mobile phones for an SMS mes- sage alerting them that their application has missing supporting documents, preventing their ap- plication from being processed. To date, NWDC has flagged 4 257 applications in the system that have their supporting docu- ments outstanding. For informal it is the applicant’s ID or proof of trading/affidavit. For Formal ap- plications, it is bank statements/incomplete bank statements and supporting invoices for their claims. Upon receiving such an SMS message, those applicants are requested to email their missing supporting documents to the email address [email protected] within seven days. It is very important that the REFERENCE NUMBER should be used in the subject line of the email so that documents can be referenced to the correct application. Outstanding documents can also be hand-delivered at the nearest NWDC branch within seven days. Applicants are only to submit documents if they receive the SMS about outstanding documents.

APPLICANTS OF THE NW COVID-19 RELIEF FUND CALLED UPON TO SUBMIT OUTSTANDING DOCU-

MENTS

The NWDC is calling upon applicants who have applied for the North West Covid-19 Relief Fund,

and who have not yet received their pay-outs, to monitor their mobile phones for an SMS mes-

sage alerting them that their application has missing supporting documents, preventing their ap-

plication from being processed.

To date, NWDC has flagged 4 257 applications in the system that have their supporting docu-

ments outstanding. For informal it is the applicant’s ID or proof of trading/affidavit. For Formal ap-

plications, it is bank statements/incomplete bank statements and supporting invoices for their

claims.

Upon receiving such an SMS message, those applicants are requested to email their missing

supporting documents to the email address [email protected] within seven days. It is very

important that the REFERENCE NUMBER should be used in the subject line of the email so that

documents can be referenced to the correct application. Outstanding documents can also be

hand-delivered at the nearest NWDC branch within seven days. Applicants are only to submit

documents if they receive the SMS about outstanding documents.
