Duties And Responsibilities Of CSR:­

Preparation of proposal for board approval on annual CSR Budget.

Take all necessary steps to finalize agencies for conducting Baseline surveys.

Prepare a panel of implementing / monitoring/evaluating agencies.

Analysis of baseline survey report.

Select /nominate agencies for implementing of projects.

Submit project­wise budget estimate.

Execute MOUs and finalize timeline for CSR activities.

Co­ordinate Project Implementation.

Monitoring Project completion Through stage Review And implement directives of the

monitoring committee.

Funding and Allocation:

For achieving its CSR objectives through implementation of meaningful and sustainable CSR

programs, the company will allocate not less than 2% of its average net profits made during the

three immediately preceding financial years. As its Annual CSR Budget.

around Rs. 250 crore for the CSR activities. BEML limited will continue its endeavor through
