Admission Requirements:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery or an equivalent degree in Dentistry (priority to

applicant with CGPA 3.0 and above); AND

At least two (2) years of work experience in related field; AND

Local and international applicants must possess either a minimum score of 4 for

MUET (local applicants only); OR a total score of 550 (paper-based) / 213

(computer-based) / 80 (internet-based) for TOEFL; OR band 6 for IELTS; OR

pass an English Proficiency test which is equivalent to Common European

Framework of Reference (CEFR) approved by the university.

Applicants may be required to sit for an assessment as determined by the

department

Master of Community Oral Health degree from UM with a minimum CGPA of

3.0 or other equivalent qualification recognized by the university; OR

Master of Dental Public Health degree (apart from Master of Community Oral

Health from UM) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree or other equivalent

qualification; AND

Candidate with a qualification apart from Master of Community Oral Health

from UM must pass any other requirements as determined by the Faculty

from time to time.
