    INTRODUCTION

    Stepping into the working life is indicating that student step forward to the new phases of life. Entering to this new dimension is belief to be much more challenges and pressure to deal with compare to the education process in the university.

    Besides offering formal education to student, Universiti Sains Malaysia extensively taking action to aid graduates in making successful transition from school to work. Therefore we have design EKSPEN (Ekspo Kerjaya dan Pen-didikan) to help our graduates in preparing and build up more realistic expectation towards less stressful journey.

    EKSPEN also serve graduates with wider and more option of searching for employment. It is also an excellent opportunity for industries to build network and relationship within the business world from local, state, non-profit, private and government agencies who attend this event every year.
