Summer Training at NTPC- I have done a four weeks of summer training at NTPC Barh super thermal power plant where I learned about the various aspects of Power Plant Engineering. 2. Can Crusher project-I along with a team of six members developed a working model of can crusher as a part of our metallurgy project in which we applied the concepts of Casting, Welding, Brazing and Sheet Metal cutting.3.Variable Rpm Mixer-We developed a Variable Rpm mixer model using the concepts of conventional manufacturing process like Drilling, Turning and Milling.

Positions of Responsibility:1.General Secretary of Association of Mechanical Engineering-I am responsible for organizing workshops of tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and for the fund management of AME.2.Senior Executive Hospitality in Techkriti '15- I along with the other members of the team invited students from various colleges across India for part participating in the festival. I also helped managers in arranging accommodation for the participants. 3.Election Officer-I was a part of election council in the 2nd year.

What are your short term and long term objectives? (Max. 150 Words)

I am a very goal oriented and have completed all the goals that I have set for myself. My short term goal is to improve on my technical , problem solving and inter - personal skills. I want to do an internship in a company like ITC where I can improve upon my technical expertise as well as the managerial skills.

My long term goal is to become a reputable engineer in a MNC company where I can add value to the company and where I can use my skills and knowledge for solving real life problems. I also want to devote a part of my knowledge and life for the development of society.

Why do you want to work with ITC? (Max 150 Words)

I always want to use my theoretical knowledge for real life problem solving. I always believe that the experience you get while working with the people that are experts in their field is incomparable. I also wants to learn managerial skills and improve my teamwork qualities.

So, I believe that if get a chance to work with ITC I will be able to fulfil above mention wishes and the satisfaction that I will get while working in an organization like ITC will be immense.

What do you think is your most significant achievement? Please give reasons for the same. (Max. 150 words)

I think that clearing IIT-JEE is my most significant achievement. The reason for that is my background from where I belongs. Before clearing IIT-JEE I had not meet any IITIAN. So I had to do a lot of self-research about the type of type of questions and the pattern of examination. For this reason I still feel that clearing JEE was my most significant achievement of my life.

Give an instance where you put Mind Over Matter. (Max. 150 Words)

During the JEE exam I got stuck in a simple question of physics. The physics part was my strong point and the question that I got stuck was very easy but still I was not able to solve that problem. It was kind of a humiliation for me to leave that particular problem but it was consuming time in the exam. Then I used my willpower to leave that question and attempt other problems.

Have you engaged with the community through development activities addressing social or environmental concern? Tell us more about it. (Max. 150 Words)

I belong from a small village in Bihar. There people are generally not cautious about the education of their children and the cases of child labour are common. So whenever I go to my village it try to convince those people about the harm they are doing to their children’s future.
