Here’s the scoop on how to earn all of this!minimum requirements

– A MINIMUM OF 20,000 POINTS TO QUALIFY for the Incentive Trip – Of the 20,000 total points, you must earn a MINIMUM OF 9000 POINTS in Personal Volume (PV) – Of the 20,000 total points, you must earn a MINIMUM OF 3000 POINTS for Great Start Level Attainment.

Sponsor and New Consultant both receive points for each level of Great Starts earned by the New Consultant!

sales – Earn 1 point for each dollar in Personal Volume (PV) earned. Minimum of 9,000 points in PV must

be submitted to earn the trip.

sponsoring Get your New Consultant off to a Great Start and earn points! (Personally sponsored not required)

– New Consultants and Sponsors both earn points for Great Start attainment! Promoting partnership! – When a New Consultant reaches Level 1 of Great Starts, the Consultant & the Sponsor earn 1,000 points – When a New Consultant reaches Level 2 of Great Starts, the Consultant & the Sponsor earn 500 points – When a New Consultant reaches Level 3 of Great Starts, the Consultant & the Sponsor earn 500 points – If you personally sponsor a New Consultant, you earn an extra 500 points when your New Consultant

hits any level of Great Starts.

A New Consultant and her Sponsor have the opportunity to earn a total of 2,000 points! (Sponsor could earn 2,500 for a personally sponsored New Consultant.) terms and conditions1. All trip earners and guests will be required to have a current passport. You must be an active Consultant in

good standing with Mary & Martha during the incentive period and at the time of the trip.2. Trip Earner is eligible to receive a Cash Payout if they are unable to join us on the trip dates listed. See

points structure for Cash Payout amounts.3. Points are non-transferable.4. Cash Payout awards are not cumulative. Trip Earner must email the Home Office by February 21, 2014, if

they choose the Cash Payout option. The Cash Payout will be deposited on March 7, 2014. Only those Trip Earners who have submitted their email by February 21, 2014, will receive the Cash Payout award.

5. Incentive qualification period ends at 11:59 p.m., PST, January 31, 2013. Mary & Martha is not responsible for any data entry or transmission failures or difficulties in updating Consultant Connection.

6. Trip refunds or buy-outs will not be available under any circumstances.7. Trip Earners will be notified by Mary & Martha by 11:59 p.m., PST, by Wednesday, February 12, 2014.8. Trip Earners will be invited to register following notification. At this time, earners will be required to

register directly. All earners and guest will be required to have arrival/departure flight information available to complete the registration process. Also, all earners and guest must have a valid passport.

9. Trip Earners must be present for guest to attend. Earners may not bring another Mary & Martha Consultant as their guest.

10. Travel Cash awards are not cumulative. Consultant must attend the trip in order to collect any travel cash earned. Travel cash will be deposited on March 7, 2014. Only those Consultants who have completed their on-line registration will receive Travel Cash. Travel Cash will not be awarded to Consultants who choose not to participate in the Incentive Trip. Travel Cash paid to a Consultant who does not attend will be collected from the Consultant’s May commission check.

11. All accommodations are based on double occupancy. All earners who do not earn/buy a guest package will have a roommate selected by Mary & Martha We will make every effort to honor roommate requests. Buy-in Guest accommodations will be based on contracted room availability.

12. All flight arrangements for Consultants and their guest will be made by the Consultant. All flights, cancellation fees, and luggage fees are the responsibility of the Consultant.

13. Round-trip ground transportation is provided to all trip earners and guests.14. All trip earners will be required to register by February 21, 2014. Failure to meet any of these deadlines

may result in forfeiture of trip.15. Consultant acknowledges that Mary & Martha is not responsible for any fees or surcharges incurred

because Consultant’s cancellations or changes in travel plans.16. In the unlikely event of disputes, the company has final authority over the outcome and over the

interpretation of the rules.17. Mary & Martha reserve the right to modify terms and conditions if needed without prior notice.18. Incentive rewards are considered to be taxable income by the IRS. Mary & Martha will assist you with your

reporting requirements by including the value of this trip on your year-end 1099 form.
