you. If you would like to nominate a co-worker for upcoming issues please send in your

OFFICE
Tony Mapili
Tony has been at Quick Servant for over 4 years now and has worked tirelessly in his effort to keep the warehouse straight amidst all of its comings and goings. From installing GPS's into new trucks to unloading and staging equipment for installs, Tony has been an embodiment of the Quick Servant spirit in his often-thankless responsibilities. Most recently, Tony took the lead on getting our entire Warehouse ready to be moved and has done a great job so far with getting things set up in his new and much larger space. Take a minute to thank Tony for all that he does to help support what we do.
TECHNICIAN
Rob Murray
Rob has been with Quick Servant for just over a year and serves as our Southern Virginia supervisor. Rob is a former Navy Chief with 20years of service. Southern VA as most of you know is a work in progress and we appreciate Rob’s dedication in training new techs to improve the service we provide to our customers. Over the last few months he has proven to be hard working, responsible and able to rise to the challenge. We look forward to what Rob is able to offer our company and the Southern VA area.

Safety Precaution Form is designed to properly note any
safety hazards or concerns. Techs will have the ability to
enter all location information, concerns needing to be
addressed/communicated, resolution and pictures for office
use and proper documentation. When technicians complete
and submit the form, the Safety Committee, Johnny, Joseph
and Tarell will receive a copy and properly communicate the
information to respective account managers and/or
supervisors. We hope this will be a positive start to
identifying, properly documenting and ultimately resolving
any and all safety concerns found to ensure the overall
safety of our employees and customers. If you have any
further questions, please reach out to the safety committee
Office Safety –Fire Evacuation Plans have been created and
will roll out soon.
Part of Safety is Security:
Everyone should have received their key fobs, if you have
not yet received please reach out to Jim/Gloria. The security
cameras, security fence and gate to secure our warehouse
area are up and running.
There is always room for new members- if you are
interested or have any safety info to share please

recognizing and
enjoying the significance
of individuals and their

us who we are as a
Company. This is the
acknowledgement of the
intrinsic value of others
in each and every task.

We are always looking for opportunities to improve the service we
provide for our customers as well as offer better support to employees.
We would like to announce some changes that are taking place in the
service and part departments.
Jeff Thomas has done a great job the last seven plus years supporting
the dispatch and service department. However, we want to relocate his
knowledge and skills with Global Edge and service to the Parts
Department. Jeff will now oversee Parts, inventory/stock and taking us
to the next step in selling parts over the counter to customers.
John Peters will be moving into the service and dispatch departments
Joseph and John will work together to support the dispatchers,
supervisors and technicians. John will be working with the beverage,
cooking equipment, eastern shore, and PM departments. Joseph will be
working with the Baltimore to Northern VA HVAC/R along with
Central and Southern VA departments
Take a few minutes to congratulate these gentlemen as they endeavor to
improve the quality of the service we provide and better the support
offered to all of Quick Servant.
Jeff and John will be in training for the next few months learning the ins
and outs of their new departments.
Training at Quick Servant:
Here at Quick Servant we have many
training opportunities. From new
hires, to cross-training, to
promotions.
Every employee plays a part in the
