SERVICES

FLOWERS AND DECORPlease ask us about your event’s decorative requirements. We can either secure arrangements on your behalf or providesources for your consideration.

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENTThe private room has a projection screen, high-speed internet connection and WI-FI available without cost.Aquavit can rent additional equipment for the client which will be payable upon completion of the eventClient may also arrange their own audiovisual equipment through vendors approved by Aquavit.

All installations require Aquavit’s express approval. In some cases, Aquavit will require vendors to provide proof of liability

insurance.

RESERVATIONS

All events must be secured with a signed contract and deposit as follows:

Private Dining Room Breakfasts, Brunches and Lunches $500Private Dining Room Dinners $1000Bistro or Main Dining Room Events 50% of projected revenue

CANCELLATION

Aquavit will only refund deposits upon receiving written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the event or if anotherclient rebooks the date and venue. Otherwise, the following restrictions apply:

Cancellations between 14-30 days prior to the event can apply the deposit to a future date within the calendar year.Later cancellations will forfeit the deposit unless another party reserves the room for that date. Should the client cancelwithin the week of the event, Aquavit will charge the entire value of the event including tax and services less the deposit.
