Precision Planning, Inc. is not responsible for safety procedures forthis project and will not be held liable for safety of persons or property while on site or as documented in field report.

Remark Description

General

• Sitework [9.1] Photos show retention pond. There is some silt that is evident at the inlet pipe. Comparison againstprevious photos show that this has been present. It is unclear based on observation if this condition isworsening over time.

• Sitework [9.2] View of North Construction Entrance. The Jobsite trailer is on site, but not yet set up for operations.




• Sitework [9.3] View of North Sediment pond. Stone maintenance is required at inlet.

Excess suitable soils are being removed from the project site.

Erosion control measures at the northwest construction entrance. The measures are functioning properly.Howerver, there is heavy silt buildup at the outer fenceline.

This information will be approved record unless written notice to the contrary is received within seven (7)calendar days of the issue date of this document. Written corrections shall be reported to observer at firm name. Oral rebuttals will not beaccepted.
