Good installation begins with good preparation!

Treat your art like you are proud of it. If you’re embarrassed to put your name on it, you might not want to show it.

Somewhere on your work you should have atleast some of this information:

* spell out your name (legibly)* medium* date* location of your studio* web site address* signature* (blood type and DNA sample optional)

Is there a brief statement about the work that the owner might find interesting?

“Painted during my visit to Paris in September, 2010”

OR

“I ran over my imaginary friend with a pogo stick and he told me to paint this!”

“This is the first painting I’ve completed since beingreleased from federal prison on seven counts of

counterfeiting. I still deny it, a lot! ”

OR

“I was going to line the bird cage with this painting but my bird refused to poop on it. I didn’t ask why.

So I decided to sell it. Enjoy!”
