Abstract: Formatting of PSM article paper is important especially to have a consistent appearance. This paper presents the guidelines for authors to submit an article. Article can be submitted either in Bahasa or English language. For a start, abstract must include sufficient information about the nature and significance of the topic by state the objectives and scope of the investigation or activity, describe the methods used, approaches taken and etc, summarise the results or findings, and the conclusions. To conclude, the abstract should summarise the substantive results of the work and not merely list topics to be discussed.

1.1 INTRODUCTION

The guidelines presented here have been used to format this paper. Styles have been defined. After you have formatted your paper according to this guideline, your submission should have the same look as the paper presented here. PSM Panel will appreciate it if you would follow these guidelines.

Papers should be at least 10 pages short and at most 15 pages long, including all text, graphics, and references list. The printed article paper should be scale to fit in A4 size paper. ‘Title’ is in 20 pt in Times New Roman bold and center. All letter is capital in

‘Title’. ‘Author’ is in 12 pt Times New Roman. There is 2 blank line (12 pt) following author name to the ‘Abstract’.

‘Abstract’ and ‘Keywords’ are in 10 pt Times New Roman bold. The abstract text and keywords text are in 10 pt in Times New Roman. There is 1 blank line between abstract and keywords. There is also 1 blank line (10 pt) following keywords text. Format ‘Borders’ solid line with 1 pt apply to paragraph. The first paragraph of the text itself starts with no indentation relative to the left margin. The subsequent paragraphs are indented by 0.63 cm and have no extra spacing ‘Before’ them.

1.1.1 Article Format

Most papers will start with an introduction and end with conclusions. The conclusions section must be followed by references. Each section should be numbered from 1 to n according to its appearance. All texts are in 12 pt Times New Roman with justify text except for the sub-heading as shown at section 1.0, 2.0, sub section 2.1.1 and 2.1.1.1

References are 12 pt with 1.11cm hanging indent. See the examples at the end of this document. List all authors in the order given in the source document, then sort references in alphabetical order by authors. Example references are provided in the References section of this paper and they are cited in the next text. For example, the proceedings of the conferences were compiled into a book, edited by Chen (1998). Valuable knowledge can also be found in doctoral dissertations (Martinez 1996), technical reports (Tommelein and Ballard 1997), proceedings (Liu 2006), and, of course, journal papers (Tommelein 1998, Tommelein et al. 1999).

Figures in the paper may be in colour, but make sure that you create a black-and-white printout to judge the quality of printing before submitting a coloured figure or table. A figure and table caption title uses 11 pt Times New Roman, bold and centered. Put 3 spacing between figure/table caption title and figure/table caption text as shown in Figure 1.1 and Table 1.1
