I had an internship in a hospital in London, and that was

very benefcial to my career development. Studying abroad

allowed me to challenge mysel, develop independently and

also broaden my views on the world, looking rom the outside

My experiences in the research lab have been especially ulflling.

I have developed a close relationship with my research mentor,

and enjoy all the time spent in the lab, working to shed new light

on the study o heart disease. My research experience has also

inspired me to pursue my Ph.D. in addition to my M.D.
