AS Ehitusfirma Rand & Tuulberg, based on Estonian private capital, has been active on the construction market since 1993. As one of the larg-est main contractors in construction in southern Estonia, AS Ehitus-firma Rand & Tuulberg was selected among the three best enterprises of Tartu in 2007. The company began its operation in Tartu and primar-ily in southern Estonia; at present, it has also an office in Tallinn and the area of operation includes the whole Estonia, as well as adjacent countries. Due to the high quality, reliable warranties, constant future-oriented development and adherence to agreed completion dates, the company ranks among ten largest construction companies in Estonia.
The company holds a quality and environmental management certifi-cate according to the international standards ISO 9001 and 14001, issued by Lloyd's Quality Assurance Ltd, as well as an occupational health and safety management certificate according to the interna-tional standard OHSAS 18001.
The company has erected and reconstructed industrial and storage build-ings, commercial and service buildings, community and school build-ings, hotels, office and administrative buildings, technical engineering structures, apartment houses, semi-detached houses and single-family homes; it has also successfully completed constructional renovation of several buildings subject to heritage conservation.

The company was established in 2006. Production was started in the beginning of 2008 when a new production facility was opened in Tallinn, in the immediate vicinity of Muuga Port. The company applies a wall panel manufacturing technology that is the latest in Estonia and one of the most up-to-date in Europe. The capacity of the plant is 100,000 m2 of wall panels and 100,000 m2 of ceiling panels annually. The company is able to manufacture panels both for special-designed projects and standard solutions.

Environmental construction comprises construction of environment-related structures including, for instance, wastewater treatment plants, waste disposal sites, water and sewerage networks, drinking water plants and, to a certain extent, road construc-tion.
