ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 12 Light Pendant Item # S5022 . DAMP WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION. INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL. ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. 1. Carefully remove all parts from the carton. 2. Thread bottom nipple of pole (L) into the center hole of light fixture (M). 3. Join pole (J), pole connector (K) and pole (J) together, and then join pole (G), connector (H) and pole (J) together. 4. Hook top loop (F) to mounting loop (E) on canopy (D). 5. Remove mounting plate (A) from canopy (D) by unscrewing canopy screws (C). 6. Affix mounting plate (A) onto ceiling outlet box and secure with mounting screws (B). 7. Gently pull the wires from the ceiling and allow the wires to hang. Thread the wires through the center hole in mounting plate (A). 8. Attach the ground wire (bare wire ) from the fixture to the ground junction box wire (usually green or copper wire). Fasten together with a plastic wire connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape. Be sure no wire strands are exposed. 9. Connect the neutral wire from the fixture ( ridge molded wire) to the neutral wire from the junction box (usually white). Fasten together with a plastic wire connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape. Be sure no wire strands are exposed. 10. Connect the hot wire from the fixtur ( smooth wire) to eh hot wire (ususlly black) from the junction box. Fasten each together with a plastic wire connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape. Be sure that no wire strands are exposed. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED. 11. Attach canopy (D) to the affixed mounting plate (A), align the holes on the side and secure with canopy screws (C). 12. Insert light bulbs into the sockets 13. Loosen screws (O), carefully insert glass shade (P) into shade holder (N) and secure by tighten screws (O). ***Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use harsh abrasives or chemical agents. WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY ALICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAINFUSE BOX/CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION.

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE ISANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Carefully remove all parts from the carton.

2. Thread bottom nipple of pole (L) into the center hole of light fixture (M).

3. Join pole (J), pole connector (K) and pole (J) together, and then join pole (G), connector (H) and pole (J) together.

4. Hook top loop (F) to mounting loop (E) on canopy (D).

5. Remove mounting plate (A) from canopy (D) by unscrewing canopy screws (C).

12. Insert light bulbs into the sockets

13. Loosen screws (O), carefully insert glass shade (P) into shade holder (N) and secure by tighten screws (O).

***Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use harsh abrasives or chemical agents.
