Drill 8,5 mm holes in the support beams and assembly the rear edge profile with attached screws

40159-00 and nuts 50428-00.

Assembly the front corner joints to the edge profile, use attached screw 40150-00, washer 40143-00

and nut 50433-00.

Insert the screw in the profile screw track before assembling.

Assembly the rear pillar bracket to the side edge profile, use attached screw 40150-00, washer 40143-00

and nut 50433-00.

Assembly the side edge profiles to the rear edge profile, use attached screw 40150-00, washer 40143-00 and nut 50433-00.

Cut out for the support beam in the front edge profile, then attach it to the support beam and the corner joint (countersunk holes). Use attached screw 40150-00, washer 40143-00 and nut 50433-00.

Insert the screw in the screw track before assembling.

Mount the lashings in the edge profile. Use a 13 mm drill (c/c 42 mm).

OBS! Before you start to assembly the floor profiles make sure that the frame are correct with 90 degree

angle.

Fold the floor profile into the rear edge profile.

Drill an 8,5 mm hole through the flange of the floor profile and the flange of the sub frame and edge profile. Use attached screw 40159-00, washer 40142-00 and nut 50428-00.

Repeat the procedure until the final floor profile is left.

The final floor profile has to be cut lengthwise to the right dimension before it is assembled.

Drill holes in the front of the final floor profiles plate and through the flange of the sub frame and edge

profile and countersink them. Use attached screw (MF6S M8x60) and nut 50428-00.

Assembly the front wall to the body using

the attached screw 40121-00,

washer 40142-00 and nut 50428-00.

Assembly the reinforcement profiles to the front wall and sub frame. Use attached screw 40157-00, washer 40143-00 and nut 50433-00.

Drill a 10,5 mm hole through the walls of the sub frame and reinforcement profiles.

Assembly the reinforcement profile to the front wall. Use attached screw 40159-00, washer 40142-00 and nut 40009-00.

Drill 8,5 mm holes from the inside of the front wall through the reinforcement profiles. Then drill a 13 mm hole through the first wall from the inside so the flange nut fits.

Place the Kinnegrip pillars in the pillar support.

Assembly the hinges to the dropside. One hinge with long pin per dropside.

Put the ”female” part of the hinges in the right place and mark where the holes for the screws should be. Drill 8,5 mm holes for the screws. Assembly the hinges using the attached screw MF6S M8x25 and nut 50428-00.
