Our experienced surveyors ensure the delivery
of comprehensive information / reports which
provide a clear insight in the assets technical and/
or compliance status. Additionally the findings
which need correction are provided in a practical
format which can be utilised to record and track
the correction and close out process. If desired
the reports can be stored and accessed on a
webbased application for easy referencing to both
office and rig based personnel.
During the execution of the survey client
representatives are regularly informed on the
progress of the survey, this includes findings of
high importance / with an immediate risk to the
asset integrity or safety.
RIG SURVEYS
Wagenborg Foxdrill can carry out, independent
rig surveys on all types of onshore and offshore
drilling rigs.
Service types include (but are not limited to): Full
Condition Survey, Site / Factory Acceptance Tests,
(intrusive) Condition Surveys, Rig Commissioning,
Compliance Surveys, Ex Surveys and HSE
Surveys. The client can specify if the service
needs to be carried out on the entire rig or limited
to specific areas such as: Well Control, Drilling
equipment, Mud system, Power management, etc.
Surveys are carried to verify conformity with API,
IEC, ISO, DNV and/or client specific standards.
If other standards need to be applied this can be
evaluated during the scope determination process
in cooperation with the client.

The M3 Survey can be applied broadly
or focussed on a particular part of the
organisation or asset. Also specific operational
area’s such as well control can be the focus
of a M3 Survey. It provides a clear insight
in risks, performance and improvement
opportunities and helps finding balance in the
3 major aspects. Additionally it also supports
the client in achieving compliance with relevant
standards.
The scope and approach is always determined
/ customised in close cooperation with the

M3 SURVEY
In today’s energy industry many asset owners

comprehensive M3 Survey.
The M3 Survey is an integrated survey
approach focusing on 3 major aspects of
business; Methods, Manpower & Machine.
This includes elements such as management
systems, organisation structure, responsibilities,
quality & HSE management, training &
competence, asset condition & performance
and maintenance in relation to the asset
life. As the Survey leads to a numerical
scoring in key areas it can also be used as a
benchmarking tool.
