MMe helped us move into our dream Park homeWe had been trying to sell for about 12 months but generally found the property market tobe very difficult in our area. The Orchards - Tingdene Parks
MMe helped me move out ofmy bungalow and enjoyretirement in the flat i loveI am in good health but I’m not getting any younger. Thegarden at my old bungalow seemed to be getting biggerand bigger, so after talking to my daughters I decided that I should look at the possibility of movingto a smaller place that was easier to look after.
I was concerned about finding the right property to moveto, and also about the process, as I did not want to feelrushed into something that we weren’t 100% happyabout.
Then one of my daughtersfound a flat within a mile ofher - she took me to see itand I was smitten! The decorwas lovely and the ownershad refitted the kitchen; itwas also ground floor andhad a pretty little garden. Iknew it would suit me justfine.
First, I needed to sell my bungalow. My daughters offeredto sort this out for me and asked Paul from Moving MadeEasy to call me. He arranged three local estate agents tovalue my home and called me afterwards to discuss whatthey had said. He was never pushy and explained myoptions clearly. He said he would email my daughterswith a valuation report on my property for us to consider.
