Over last threeNallur TherFestival devotees have extended

theirThirupanitowards meeting the cost of construction of the

Rajagopuram and thePiragarams. The Rajagopuram Tower

has been completed and the work on beautifying theGopuramis

been defined to includeChithraDoors,Kodighambam,Simma

Isthambams (pillars), Sculptures in between the Isthambams

depicting Lord Murugan in the Aaru Padai Veedugal in India

and Kanthan in Yalpanam Nallur and Kathirkamam and a

decorative ceiling for theMaha Mandapam.

Silpies from India under the guidance of Padmasiri Muthiah Stapathi are

presently working on the Rajagopuram and occasionally on the Ul (inner)

Piragaram during inclement weather. The work will fully extend to the Ul

Piragaram and later to the Veli (outer) Piragaram on they completing the

Rajagopuram.

The design of PhaseII: Temple Expansion, including Kitchen and Dining Hall

has been completed by Architects and work will commence when the Building

Permit is issued by the County.

Thirupani(donations) are needed to complete phase I and to commence Phase

II of the project. Devotees at the Nallur TherFestival this year are once again

invited to extend their support by completing the schedule ofThirupani included

in this appeal.

We pray that your contribution and participation at the Festival will continue year

by year and support the completion of the Rajagopuram Project.
