Dear Ciro,Thanks for your reply (Oct. 23) on my request for help with my 2013

ASR! Sorry for the late response but I needed some time to think over thetwo locations you suggested (Wanaka and Nizhny Novgorod).

I would love to go to Wanaka and I am ready to pack for the travel, butI am having serious concerns about the configurations of the planets and thehouses. The concern is based on analyses you have made in your booksand also on a “historic comparison” of my previous SRs and the actualreality I have lived through.

Please help me decide between the two locations or suggest, if possibleanother one, having in mind the described below and the priorities of mySR: (1) the health and general wellbeing of my children, spouse and mother;(2) my health and wellbeing and(3) my job and personal/professionalrelationships. (My data: Feb. 9, 1963/ 27e50, 43n34/6:30 a.m.)

The Wanaka ASR has wonderfully placed Jupiter (MC) and Venus (cuspof DC), but it has SR AS in Leo in my natal DC, 5 planets in DC (includingSun and Mars), all SR houses facing opposite natal houses, and Uranus inthe 8th house.

Based on my own “historic analysis” of my last 15+ years SRs, the mostterrible 4 years (1998, 2002/’06/’10 – related to the death of my father,broken legs of my spouse and me, job and personal relationships problems,all resulting in pain and long time off work) were with AS in Leo and all (oralmost all) SR houses situated in the opposite natal houses (AS in DC, DCin AS, IC in MC, MC in IC, 6th in 12th and vice versa, etc.), regardless ofwhere Jupiter and Venus were in the SR chart.

The situation of Mars for most of these years may explain also the

misfortunes (Mars in DC or MC), but not in all cases.As my SR almost always involve constellations in one or another house

I have not found a defined relation with a specific house either for the goodyears or the bad ones.

I am not a specialist, just a person interested in how astrology can helppeople, so I may not be able to see all the interrelations and influencesbetween the planets and the houses, but some patterns in my charts areobvious and very striking.

I believe it is due to what you have described about the 1st and 7thhouses, but also may have to do with my natal chart configuration – twoheavy constellations in these two opposing houses.

The Nizhny Novgorod ASR has Jupiter (AS) and Venus (MC) with ASin Gemini, in my natal IC (the last two correspond more to the configurationsof the better years I’ve had in the last 15 years), but has the 5-planetconstellation mentioned above placed in 11th house, Saturn in the 6th andUranus in the 12th house.

Dear Ciro, please give me your advice which of the location is best,based on the specific situation I have described to you.

Can Jupiter and Venus eliminate all or most of the negative effects of theother planets and house configurations? (As far as I know, all planets havetheir effects relatively separately.)

Dear Vicky,it is necessary to consider some important things to aim a Solar Return:1) to ask one or two goals and not many goals2) in the school of Active Astrology exist the Houses and not the signs3) we cannot remove with the varnish the planets that we don't like and

we choose, every year, the less bad Aimed Solar Return, not the best ASR,

without defects.4) The ASR is alone one of the two principal tools of the Active Astrology:

immediately after the birthday we have to effect every day the exorcism ofthe symbols and therefore, for example, if Mars is in the VII House, we willhave to try to quarrel every day of the year with someone that can give usonly small damages.

If we don't use the exorcism of the symbols we can also have seriouscollateral damages.

Explained this, I recommend you the ASR with Jupiter to the MC.Best wishes.

I think that going in NZ your husband will have the same risks of stoppingat home.

world, but i make it more over for my studenst, writing books on the matterALR. You can make them, if you can and if you want. Reads my "LunarReturns", on Amazon.com.

Dear Anonymous,if you absolutely want to stay in the States for your next birthday, then I

recommend you to go to Diamond Shoals, North Carolina: it is an enoughugly Aimed Solar Return, but at least we have removed the Sun from the 6^House that would bring you problems of every kind.

I generally don't make discounts in mileage. When I did them, 30-40years ago, my clients paid a price very high in the twelve following months.

Then I recommend you Colombo in the Sri Lanka with two marvelouscusps of Jupiter and Venus.

If you will go there, you will receive so many magnificent gifts duringthe 2013!

Dear Ciro,hope this letter finds you well.Could you please give us advice in finding a good place for ASR for my

wife Zhanna. Her data is 12 january 1976, 18:50 Ufa, Bashkortostan, Russia(54n44, 55e56, -5h, Asc 9Leo14, Moon 25Tau04).

My lovely wife is going to complete her studies next year that she isdoing at the moment at the University of Geneva and to obtain the diplomasuccessfully.

Afterwards it would be great to find a good job during the next year. Inthe end we could not rule out starting our family and, hence, our baby isgoing to be among our biggest tasks as well next year.

I've found one place in the west of the France (in Bretagne) but still I'menot sure about Venus in the 8-th.

Unfortunately, one month ago Zhanna lost her earrings, the very dearand expensive ones, and it was a big frustration for both of us.

I'm afraid s-th like this may happen the next year if she has Venusin the 8-th.

Dear Eugeny,I save a good memory of you and the twice (if I remember well) that we

met some years ago to the Novotel of the airport in Moscow, during one ofmine so many transits in your Country that - as you know - I love.

I saw in you one "positive Scorpio", a young man, intelligent, handsomeand to which a light illuminated him in the eyes when you spoke of your wife:I believe that you love her a lot and it is beautiful indeed!

I have studied her next birthday and we cannot put Jupiter closed to theMC because you would have a stellium with Mars in 5 ̂House: very negativefor your relationship of couple and for the project of the baby.

I recommend you instead Gisborne in New Zealand and also betterApia, American Samoa Icelands.

I know that this trip is expensive, but not as to go to the Northwest ofCanada... However you consider that the only risk could be an abortion,but it is not sure.

Contrarily Zhanna could find a good job (stellium in the 2^ and Jupiter inVII House) that, in these times of great economic recession could repayyou a lot of times of the trip done. Best wishes.
