Scenario 1Victor

26 yo male

Works out every morning before work. He loves lifting weights and tracked a gain of 12 lbs of muscle using a BOD POD over the

past 3 years. One morning he does not have time to eat his typical breakfast of eggs toast and a banana after his workout. Instead he grabs a muffin on the way to work. He feels ok the rest of that day, but during his workout the next morning he

was not able to lift what he normally does. The day after that it gets even worse. He is plagued by DOMS for the rest of that

week.
