• Our facility is housed in 17,500 foot modern, centrally air conditioned buildings. This includes administration, sales, an up-to-date library and tool room, shipping and receiving area, secure stock room/inventory areas, repair shops, test equipment areas, etc. The majority of Atlas’ employees is bilingual and is knowledgeable in all fields of the aviation industry. • COMPONENT OVERHAUL, REPAIR, AND / OR MODIFICATION

• Within Atlas’ licensing guidelines, we are able to provide a high level of quality, cost-effective services to our customers. Such services include, but are not limited to, the overhaul, repair and/or modification of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical mechanical, and electronic components.

• Atlas Aerospace performs all repairs (and/or replacements) with extreme diligence. Every effort is made to dispatch items as quickly as possible to insure that a unit is not kept out of service any longer than necessary.

• AIRCRAFT ON GROUND (AOG)

• Atlas understands that our customers will have periodic AOG requirements. When this does occur, every effort is made to see that it is handled as expeditiously as possible including extending our shop working hours to include nights and weekends. There will be No Additional Expediting Charge for this service. The customer must authorize specific shipping instructions and any additional charges.

• BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR (BER)

• Every effort is made to save a unit before it is labeled BER. However, when this does happen, the customer is immediately notified and, if possible, an alternate recommendation is suggested.

• INVENTORY

• Atlas Aerospace Accessories maintains a large inventory of

• Overhauled components in a 500 square foot temperature • Controlled area. This area is secured and accessible to

• We presently maintain stock components for the DC8, DC9, DC10, L1011, 707, 727, 737, 747, 757, and Airbus. All stock items are available for use on our exchange program as well as for outright sale.

• Available inventory is individually listed on the ILS (Inventory Locator Service) and updated on a monthly basis.

• EXCHANGE POOL

• In those instances where a customer’s unit may be beyond

• Economical repair, or an AOG component is not immediately

• Available, Atlas has overhauled units in stock, which are

• offered to our valued customers on an exchange basis.

• There is No Exchange Fee for exchanges from stock items.

• OUTRIGHT SALES

• Atlas’ inventory is available for outright sale. Listed in the Inventory Locator Service (ILS) is our entire inventory

which is updated monthly.

• STOCKROOM

• Atlas’ stockroom has approximately 1,500 square feet of cage and secured space, accessible to only authorized personnel. All items stored here are in support of components overhaul / repair, and does not include overhauled items available for exchanges or outright sale. Inventory control is completely automated and computer generated; all items are identified by lot and batch numbers.

• SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENT

The Quality Assurance Department is manned and supervised by personnel with average of over 25 years experience in the aviation industry and its related fields. Each and every unit / component is inspected by only qualified QA inspectors for complete conformance to federal and customer requirements.

dependable product, services and procedures.

– CERTIFIED PERSONNEL

• Atlas Aerospace Accessories, Inc. has a ratio of certified mechanics to non-certified mechanics of one to one (1:1). This level of supervision is highly desirable in the aviation industry.

• LIBRARY

• Atlas’ Technical Library has a computer database of over 3,600 line items, which allows us to track all Revision and Service Bulletins with a greater degree of accuracy and efficiency. In addition, this program maintains complete computer control with respect to “sign-out” of each item.

• TOOL ROOM

• The Tool Room at Atlas has a computer database of over 1,000 fixtures and calibrated tools. This system enables us to control “sign-out” as well as calibration schedules.

• INSPECTION

• The inspections Department is equipped with video imaging microscopy equipment, which allows inspection images to be directly attached to work order packages.

• EQUIPMENT

• Because Atlas Aerospace is dedicated to meeting the constantly changing needs of the aviation community, as well as those of our customers, we are constantly implementing new and innovative ways to provide quality, efficient, cost-effective services.
