Oxford processor MORSE uses same L1B/microwindows as ESA data, but optimal estimation algorithm.

Oxford emphasis on long-term trends: processing 1 day/month, global coverage, preferably NOM mode.(also, since June 2007, routinely process all MIPAS NOM/UTLS1/MA mode data

http://www.atm.ox.ac.uk/group/mipas/L2OXF/ ESA emphasis on processing validation data: usually UTLS1 and limited area coverage - ‘orthogonal’ to Oxford requirements

Run MORSE to compare with ESA data from 14Jun05 and 22Jun05 (as shown at QWG13)
