    2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    2.1 Acceptance and Rejection

    Fibrecomm reserves the right to accept or reject any SRF submitted by supplier. Registration with

    Fibrecomm does not indicate any award of project/job.

    2.2 Cancellation of Registration

    Fibrecomm reserves the right to cancel the suppliers registration without assigning any reason tothe supplier.

    2.3 Changes

    Supplier is required to promptly inform Fibrecomm if there are any changes to the SRF, certificate

    and/or supporting documents submitted.
