TO COMPLETE ETHE REGISTRATION FOR SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT MODULE, THERE ARE 2 STEPS

3 * 49% OF DIRECT SUPPLIERS HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON SAP ARIBA NETWORK, AND 18% OF INDIRECT SUPPLIERS IN SCOPE HAVE THE ACCOUNT

Step 2: Register as Supplier with VELUX on SAP AribaStep 1: Create your SAP Ariba Network account

• Short standard form for account creation• The network account is required regardless of which

buyer(s) the supplier is interacting on the platform with, and regardless which Ariba modules are used (e.g. same registration for payment handling, as for tender participation, as for order confirmation)

• Based on diagnostics ~30%* of VELUX suppliers already have a SAP Ariba Network account

• VELUX specific supplier registration form that allows to connect supplier profile on SAP Ariba with the supplier profile in VELUX ERP system

• Supplier registration needs to be filled out once for initial registration and then maintained to ensure up to date information as it is directly used for sourcing, certificate management

• If supplier is already collaborating with VELUX on SCC (Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration), this registration is still required

In the “Product and Services categories” select all categories that company is producing/ providing. These do not have to be based on supply scope to VELUX. If it is difficult to find the exact category, select the closest match. This has no implication on your registration with VELUX.

There are generic terms between SAP Ariba and your company for the use of the cloud- based solution
