6. Ratification and De-ratification of ClubsA reminder of the membership deadline of the 31st October was given to clubs. Any clubs not meeting this deadline would be de-ratified at the next Athletic Union meeting.

7. Club and Society HandbookChanges were presented at the meeting. The changes were approved by the committee members.

8. Club Development Co-ordinator JP – to

A reminder was given to clubs to send their development plans through to JP in advance of allocating grant funding.

9. Sports CharterJB presented the sports charter to the members and requested they sign it and return it to JB.

10. Students’ Union Financial Support to ClubsJB gave a presentation regarding the financial support clubs receive from the Students’ Union. There were no questions from the committees. Time was offered to discuss the finances on a one to one basis if clubs wanted

11. Andy Price TalkAP never attended the meeting

12. NewsletterJB presented the new newsletter that is being sent out monthly. Potential topics were discussed and JB invited clubs to suggest any more topics for the newsletter

13. Sports CommitteeJB presented the sports committee paper and requested clubs find students to fill the vacancies as committee members cannot stand for the sports committee.

14. World Peace DayJB explained World Peace Day and that a minutes silence would be had on the 19th November before all BUCS fixtures

15. First AidClubs were reminded that the voluntary students on a Wednesday are only first aiders and not physios.

16. RAGMG discussed the varying events the Students’ Union is hosting throughout RAG week starting on the 10th November. A target of £25,000 has been set. MG also requested models for the RAG fashion show.

17. TourJB informed clubs that the Tour page is now live to sign up to. Tour will be the 28th March to Croatia with a deadline of the 28th November for deposits.

18. AGMWR informed clubs of the AGM on the 11th November and requested that as many people attend as possible
