With regard to America's import/export trade, it is more important than ever for our graduates to understand opportunities for exporting agricultural products.

Ports (such as Mobile), Departments of Ag and Industries, US Customs, and other agencies charged with issues of Homeland Security need graduates who can function with a global mindset.

Six Weeks at Myerscough College in northwestern England.

Location: About 4 hours northwest of London, 10 miles north of Preston, about 30 miles inland and east

of Blackpool, about 70 miles south of Scotland.

2. Provide a Copy of Passport or Passport ApplicationTurn in to Dr. Wright by March 1

3. Fill out and submit Departmental Application Available on the AU Horticulture Dept’s International Website

6. Be Approved by AU Study Abroad, Bursar, and Department of Horticulture

Class Size Will be 8 – 24.

Selection Preference Based on:Class Year, Cumulative GPA

Whether Classes are Actually Needed

Meeting Deadlines With Completed Paperwork and Payment

•Single rooms with bathroom, study desk, and window to outside. •Shared kitchens.•Heat, but no AC, (cool climate, think north of Toronto…)

Computer lab, library, dining hall, and convenience store, and laundry facilities all on

campus.

Also on campus: Stumble Inn bar, gym, weight room, soccer fields, walking trails, gardens.
