Go to Inventory, click on Management Inventory then click on Items

2PURPOSE: Use this guide to learn how to issue parts to work task

Find the Inventory Item by entering the Item ID or Item Name. Then click on the item to open the Inventory Item page.

3 Scroll Down to bottom of the page, in the middle shows Issued or Returned, click on the Issue button

4Make sure the Transaction Type is : Inventory Issue, then enter the Quantity to be Posted, next step is to click on Find in the reference section to link to the Work Task.

If it’s for a parts return to WT, you can choose Transaction Type: Inventory Return here instead.

5 Enter WT ID # to find the work task, check the button on the left first, then click OK.

6 Please check to make sure now the WT is listed under Reference, then click the upper right corner Post.

7 Click the History Tab to verify the transaction status shows as Posted and the quantity issued out is correct.
