• Praise in the Park! ALL Middle School students are invited to Creekside Park from 6:30-8pm on Wed. 8/6 for a time of snacks, fun, praise and kickball! Friends are invited!
• 8th Grade Trip Sign-up Has Begun! All current 8th graders are invited to our day trip on August 16 for dune rides, beach, ice cream and pizza in the Silver Lake area. Cost will be $35! Purpose is to stay connected over the summer. Please head to the website!

SOMETHING NEW!• My Cornerstone is our new online system that works as a directory, finding a group or class, signing up for events, and more! A drawing will be held from the names of everyone who logs in by the end of August for one of three $50 gift cards good at any Gilmore restaurant. For those who need computer access, we’ll have kiosks set up in the Hub for the next couple of weekends to help you sign up! Look for more info by going to cornerstonemi.org and clicking the My Cornerstone icon. You can also pick up a handy info card at Guest Services!

• Prayer Requests and Message Questions for Life Groups, are at the Resource Center at 84th and Guest Services at HH and online under our Recent Messages box at cornerstonemi.org
• Do you have a prayer request? Write it on a Response Card. It will be sent privately to the prayer team. If you’d like it put on the all-church prayer list, please let us know!
• Do you love to care for people? Stephen Ministry offers one-to-one Christian care for anyone going through a difficult time. Training will begin this fall and involves 20 weekly evening meetings. If you are interested, please pick up an application at Guest Services or request one from Mara in the office, [email protected]

• Habitat for Humanity Day Saturday, August 16 at 934 Caulfield SW. Anyone 14+ is able to participate. Sign up at cornerstonemi.org/habitat
• Here’s how we’re helping Campus Elementary students and their families get ready for school: Pick up a Cornerstone bag at the kiosk at 84th St.; at Heritage Hill, look for the poster in The Hub where a person will be there to help. Check out the list, go shopping for a brand new uniform, place your purchase in the Cornerstone bag and bring it back to church by August 18! There’s more info at cornerstonemi.org/uniform

• Direct Connect! August 3 & 4 is designed to help you connect with people and opportunities for serving and learning at Cornerstone. There will be several booths in the Hub after each service where you can meet with ministry directors who can answer your questions and help you get connected!
