Dear City of Praise Family,

God has given each of you a special calling—a purpose and an assignment that only you can fulfill—and when He created you, He anointed you to perform it. Whatever it is that God has called you to do is already inside of you. You have the ability for great missions, ministries, businesses, ideas and books. There is only one major stumbling block. It is the demonic spirit of low self esteem. God believes in you, and you must believe in yourself. “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” (Proverbs 23:7)

So you have made mistakes, or you have tried before and failed. Do you realize that most millionaires have failed at least 17 times before realizing success and making their first million? God is Alpha and Omega. He knew you were going to make those mistakes, and He will make them work together for the good of your purpose. He will actually make them a part of your breakthrough. Saints, see yourself as God sees you. Know that he will never give up on you. You are what you think, and you must let your thoughts line up with His. You are called to do a great work. You are the head and not the tail.

VISION

This is the prophecy that was spoken over us years ago as part of our Jericho legacy, and our vision is to give God glory as we bring

this prophecy to fruition. We are the City of Praise Family Ministries, and our ministry and mission, as we work to bring the lost to Christ, is to heal families one soul at a time.

Our work is to operate in love as God uses us to mend the brokenhearted and minister wholeness to the sick and the lonely. The COPFM will be known worldwide as a ministry of excellence, with purpose driven disciples, stronger marriages, sanctifed singles, and children with high standards of spirituality, morals and habits. People will come from everywhere. Some will come out of mere curiosity. Some will even come not quite prepared to believe but ready to criticize, but the opening of their eyes and the healing of their hearts will begin in the parking lot. They will encounter the love of Christ from the moment they walk in the door, and the peace of God will begin to take residence in their minds as they hear the praises and listen to the message. They will see love, patience and kindness in the members, the greeters, the ushers, in security, even down to the little children, and they will know that this is the place where they can

be at home. People will come to know God by the hearing of His Word and by the love that they see in us. “No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.”(1 John 4:12)

This is the vision of COPFM — to operate in such love that no one can leave the same way they came. All of us are to march together as one band and with one sound, moving in such unity that satan, no matter how hard he tries, can’t even get a foothold. The strongman cannot be bound because we will all be strong for each other. If one hurts we all hurt, and we all come together for the one who is hurting.

Saints, this is our fiftieth year from the founding of our ministry. “And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, when each of you shall return to his property…” (Leviticus 25:10). We are getting ready to celebrate this year of jubilee, return to our home and move on to the heights that God has prepared for us. Get ready to go higher and to take with us families who have been healed one soul at a time.

It is time to pursue until you overtake. Why are you on earth? What do you want to do before you leave this planet? Where is your

assignment? The good news is that God hid your vision in a place that you would not miss it. It is built inside of you because your vision is part of His kingdom, and the kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:21 NKJV). Everything you need is inside of you. The same power that created the earth, stars and entire universe rests in the person that has the Holy Spirit.

The COPFM School of Visionaries will help you get started, but you have to carry it to the end. The Lord has placed each of us in the body as it pleases Him (1 Corinthians 12:18 NKJV). He desires for you to function so perfectly that your part in his overall plan fulfills the portion needed to assist someone else and it continues. The earth has kingdoms. These are yours to dominate for the Lord. These kingdoms on earth influence culture influencers. They affect culture and each has its own language and way of operating. These cultural influencers or kingdoms are: Church, Family; Education; Business & Finance; Government & Legal; Media &Technology and Arts, Sports & Entertainment. What you are assigned to do on earth will be in one of these realms of influence. If you have no idea which cultural influencer or kingdom on earth you fit into it’s not a problem. God designed you to fit into one or more. The way to find out is very easy.

First of all, the Bible says you have not because you ask not (James 4:2 NIV). It also says to put God in remembrance of His Word (Isaiah 43:26 NKJV). God hastens to perform His Word (Jeremiah 1:12 NKJV). He confirms his Word and signs follow (Mark 16:20 NKJV). If you ask anything according to His will and believe you have received it you will have it, but you must forgive so that you can be forgiven (Mark 11:24-26 NKJV). Finally, His Word says if any lacks

wisdom he gives liberally without reproach (James 1:5 NKJV). Create an atmosphere to receive wisdom. (1)Praise and worship God in a quiet setting to be alone with him. Next take the time to just bask in his presence because he inhabits your praises (Psalm 100). Don’t rush through this time. At some point of praising and worshipping God through your words or singing songs to Him, His presence will be manifested greatly. You will know because you may feel Him physically like energy or you will just realize your thoughts are on Him completely and not wandering (Isaiah 26:3). There is no set time for this to happen, but you will know. (2) Press in to then speak God’s promises to Him in this holy environment of His presence. God Himself spoke things into existence when His own presence – the Holy Spirit -- was hovering over the face of the earth (Genesis 1:2-3 NKJV). Ask God to send light to your situation by praying to Him and asking Him to reveal your purpose for being on earth. Thank Him. It is that simple, so be confident that He will do it (1 John 5:14-15 NKJV). (3) Let the Lord know that you believe His sheep know His voice and do not follow another. Then tell your heavenly Father to let His will be done, not yours (John 10:4-5& Luke 22:42 NKJV). At this point, you neutralized the voice of the enemy as the environment was already set through praise and worship. Then you neutralized your own voice asking for only His will. The only voice left to hear is the voice of God. Whatever comes to you from that still small voice, write it down.

The Holy Spirit of God does not mind you asking Him to confirm what He is telling you. In fact, as you move forward God will make it clear by confirming to you in any multitude of ways what He wants you to do. So enjoy the presence of God, and while doing so He will speak to you and guide you into all truth. Now is the time of God’s favor and God will reveal to you what He created you to do (Luke 8:17).
