Watch for communications from your campus about additional activities being offered!

Our district’s number one priority is the safety of students and staff in Richardson ISD.

During August and throughout the year, several opportunities for the Standard Responses Protocol through the I Love You Guys Foundation will be shared and reviewed with all RISD stakeholders.

“I Know What to Do” days scheduled for September 6 and November 13 in 2018, and January 16 and March 4 in 2019.

Active shooter demonstration at Berkner High School for RISD administrators.

Standard Response Protocol on site reviews by district safety and security teams.

Safety review letter sent to all parents describing the various safety protocols for the district and their specific campus.

Safety and Security parent education session offered at every campus through their parent representative of the District Safety and Security Committee.

Durante agosto y todo el año, se compartirán con todos los grupos interesados de RISD varias oportunidades para repasar el Protocolo de Respuesta Estándar (SRP) a través de la Fundación I Love You Guys.

Los días programados de “Sé lo que hacer” son el 6 de septiembre y el 13 de noviembre en 2018, y el 16 de enero y el 4 de marzo en 2019.

Simulacro de tirador activo para administradores de RISD en Berkner High School.

Repaso del Protocolo de Respuesta Estándar (SRP) en los planteles por parte de los equipos distritales de protección y seguridad.

Envío de la carta de revisión de seguridad a todos los padres con la descripción de los diversos protocolos de seguridad para el distrito en sus respectivos planteles.

Sesión educativa de protección y seguridad para los padres en cada plantel, ofrecida a través del padre representante del Comité Distrital de Protección y Seguridad.
