• Departmental MoY / TAKS Data Analysis
– Teacher-led problem-solving through Professional Learning Communities
• Concerted Effort in Designing Differentiated Instruction to meet the needs of students with special needs
– IPGs and Conceptual Overviews• Commitment to following with integrity the recommended pacing
put forward in the district’s Instructional Pacing Guides in order to ensure that the full breadth of course
knowledge potentially assessed on May 1 has indeed been covered in the classroom.
