Minemakers is inviting potential joint venture partners to make a project level investment in Wonarah

Wonarah is currently owned by Minemakers Australia Pty Ltd (MAPL) which is a 100% subsidiary of Minemakers Limited

Formation of a JV through a commitment by new joint venture partner to invest at least A$15 million over time in return for a commensurate initial shareholding in the project

New JV partner receives joint management rights and standard JV partner protections

JV partners to fund (pro-rata to ownership interest in the project) any additional funding required to complete DFS

New JV partner will have right to move to controlling shareholding of the project post completion of DFS through a further equity subscription. Project valuation for purpose of this right will be a discount to the jointly established project NPV based on DFS outcomes
