There are still issues to improve

Road Transport/Offroad: Sectoral fuel consumption of GLOBEMI transport model is different to EB.

Aviation: National vs. international. Different definition of EB and IPCC.

International Navigation: not covered by JQ. Energy industry: Usage of natural gas (oil/gas

extraction, storage compressors, losses, non energy use for valves).

Non energy use: products ? Double counting with process emissions -> Energy balance is not a carbon/material balance.

Consumption of biomass heatings: high uncertainty. Keysource for non-GHG.

Definition of district heating.
