Designers and lead facilitators for the 3 Workshops and the Retreat.

Olivier Onghena -‘t Hooft, who survived a violent kidnapping in Bogota in 1994, uses this transforma-tional experience to inspire leaders to create beauty, har-mony and happiness for the progress and wellbeing of Man(kind), Society and the World. He helps them make

the link between strategy, leadership and culture on the one hand, and higher pur-pose on the other hand. He believes that organizations are the best context for in-dividuals to become all that they are through their contribution to the higher pur-pose the organization stands for. Olivier founded the Global Inspiration & Noble Purpose Institute and Wisdom Encounters, and is the vice-chairman of LEAD-IN. He left the corporate world, where he hold several senior positions, to become ad-visor of the leadership of organizations such as ArcelorMittal, Air Liquide, Bosch-Siemens Home appliances, Brussels Airlines, Febelfin, La Monnaie, ING, Maersk, PSA, Straumann, TNT.
