IBMSterlingFileGatewayIn2013theypurchasedIBMSterlingFileGateway(IBMSFG),whichincludesIBMSterlingB2BIntegrator,toautomatetheconversionoftradingpartnerfiletransfers.Howevertheimplementationcontainederrors.FiletransferswerefailingandIBMSFGhadneverbeeninstalledinaproductionenvironmentasaresult. InFebruary2014BridgeSolutionsGroupbeganworkingwithBBVAtofixtheissues.

SystemStabilizationWediscoveredseveralconfigurationandbusinessprocessissues,sowereinstalledIBMSFGinBBVAsQAanddevelopmentenvironments,rewrotetheirinbound/outboundbusinessprocesses,createdmaps,andstabilizedthesystem.
