INTRODUCTION/INTRODUZIONE/ INTRODUCCIÓN

Automator nace en el 1940 y desde entonces se ocupa exclusivamente de la fabricación de sistemas de marcado. Gracias a su vocación, desde el mercado italiano se expande a nivel mundial, afianzándose en mercados importantes, como el de Estados Unidos y China. Nuestra red de ventas cubre Italia y los mayores países del mundo, con gran presencia también en los mercados emergentes.

Desde su nacimiento, Automator ha diseñado y desarrollado máquinas para marcar. Desde las primeras máquinas mecánicas, de gran robustez y facilidad de empleo, hasta sistemas computerizados; desde los años 80, ha desarrollado con gran éxito una vasta producción de láser que ofrece con todo tipo de fuentes y posibilidades de trabajo.

Automator prioriza al 100% a sus clientes, siendo su satisfacción nuestro principal objetivo.

Desde las pruebas de marcado, hasta el servicio post-venta, asesoramos a nuestros clientes en la elección de la solución más idónea a sus necesidades.

Automator nasce nel 1940 e da allora si occupa esclusivamente di marcatura. Grazie alla sua innata vocazione internazionale, dal mercato italiano si apre a quello mondiale acquisendo clienti importanti quali per esempio Stati Uniti e Cina. La nostra rete vendita copre l’Italia e i maggiori paesi internazionali, con branch nei mercati emergenti.

Fin dalla nascita Automator ha progettato e sviluppato macchine per marcare. Ha iniziato con macchine meccaniche, di grande robustezza e facilità d’uso, poi computerizzate e, dagli anni ‘80, ha inserito con grande successo una vasta produzione di laser che offre con tutte le sorgenti e in tutte le versioni di lavoro.

Vibrating pin - Characters marked with small pin vibration. Recommended for speed marking with a very high quality. Punto vibrato - Caratteri marcati con punta in micro vibrazione.Adatta a chi esige marcature in tempi veloci e di ottima qualità. Punto vibrado - Carácter marcado con punta de micro vibración. Adecuado para los que equieren un tiempo mínimo de marcado y una excelente calidad.

Controlled dot pin - Font characters with possibility to specify the densityof points to be marked from 0 to 80 pixel/cm. Recommended for deep marking. Punto controllato - Caratteri marcati a matrice con possibilità di definirela densità dei punti da 0 a 80 pixel/cm. Adatta a chi esige marcature profonde. Punto controlado - Carácter marcado con posibilidad de definir la densidad de puntos de 0 a 80 pixel/cm. Adecuado para los que requieren profundidad de marcado.

Pneumatic pin - Pin is moved pneumatically by drive and return air. Recommended for marking on irregular surfaces. Punta pneumatica - Il pistoncino è movimentato pneumaticamente in andata e ritorno. Indispensabile per chi marca su superfici irregolari. Punta neumática - La punta se mueve neumáticamente, tanto de salida como de retorno. Indispensable para un marcado en superficies irregulares.

Electric pin - The pin is moved electrically by drive and return solenoid. Air not required. Punta elettrica - Il pistoncino è movimentato da un solenoide elettrico in andata e ritorno. Indispensabile per chi non abbia disponibilità di alimentazione pneumatica. Punta eléctrica - La punta se mueve gracias a una electroválvula de salida y retorno. Indispensable para quien no tiene la posibilidad de alimentación neumática.

Deep pin - Solenoid increased. Special pin for deep marking, even on the most resistant materials.Punta Deep - Elettrovalvola maggiorata. Punta speciale per marcature profonde, anche sui piùresistenti materiali.Punta Deep - Solenoide mayor. Punta especial para el marcado profundo, incluso en los materiales más resistentes.
