MEGALINEAR AND MEGAFLEX - Belts can be fabricated with covers to assist in product handling. Covers such as urethane foam and PVC offer high friction, non-marking performance. Additionally Modifications such as tooth removal, nylon insert and cover surface modifications - holes and grooves assist in product movement

MEGADYNE MEGAFLEX & MEGALINEAR JOINED - T10, T20, AT5 and AT10 with non- marking, cut resistant and oil resistant covers such as artificial leather or felt for applications where timing and positioning is important.

SAMPLA FELTCON - Soft, non marking polyester felt covers impregnated with a special rubber blend are used to move oily product where non-synchronized movement takes place. Anti-static versions are available.

SAMPLA® FABCON - Conveyor belt with non-marking, abrasion and cut resistant covers. Fabric raw cover conveyor belts allow slippage under stopped product when accumulation occurs.

Robotic Assembly
Megadyne provides a wide range of synchronous and non-synchronous belting for applications from metal de-stacking, to punching, to outfeed conveying.
Megadyne offers both rubber and urethane synchronous belts for positioning applications. Whether X & Y or X, Y & Z movement, our high strength product will assure accurate timing and positioning.

Exhaust Systems
PUCON - Lightweight conveyor belting in several ply options with TPU covers- smooth or impression offer superior wear and cut resistance. Several durometers of covers are available. Anti-static construction and low noise fabric on the drive side is available.
MEGALINEAR - TPU timing belts offer high strength, excellent wear resistance and accurate positioning for product handling applications. Megalinear with High Performance (HF) cords are also used in vertical lifts. Common pitches include AT10, AT20, MTD 14 and RPP14.
MEGAFLEX FLAT PS 4.8 BELT - Non-synchronous extruded belt with wear resistant TPU and high strength cords for vertical lifts, overhead gantries and skid conveyors.

PVCCON - Lightweight conveyor belting in several ply options with PVC covers- smooth or impression where oil resistance and non-marking surfaces are needed. Belt can be welded endless or mechanically fastened. Anti-static construction and low noise fabric drive side is available.

V-BELT - available in several different constructions, our range of V-belts offer efficiency and long life. Our belts are heat and oil resistant.
ACCU-LINK® - Our segmented link v-belt offers easy installation and reduced operating vibration. Additionally, the polyurethane elastomer is oil and wear resistant. The link belt design offers great flexibility and easy installation.

Megadyne offers several rubber V-belts options for exhaust fan applications. Accu-Link®, is our link belt solution for air handling applications. Made with urethane and high strength polyester.
Tire Manufacturing
Painting Lines
MEGALINEAR WIDE - Belt are used to deliver rubber to the mold winding area, as well as transfer of the molded tire through branding and inspection. High strength Megalinear belts are also used in palletizer and automated storage areas.
MEGALINEAR SILICONE-FREE - Silicone-free extruded TPU belt for use in product handling and lift applications. The elimination of silicone within our product allows for no contamination.
MEGAPAINT - Silicone-free Isoran RPP in 8MM is designed for use on conveying and case transfer lines specifically in painting system environments where water and solvent based paints are used. Megapaint RPP is equivalent in strength to RPP Silver belts and individual packaged in special packaging to ensure a contaminate free product.

FABCON - Belts offer low friction convey side options for general conveying and accumulation of uncured rubber. FABCON belt can be fabricated to desired width and length. For areas of necessary chemical resistance, several elastomer impregnation options are available.

Megadyne has developed silicone-free belts to prevent contamination affecting paint surface quality and adhesion within the automotive spray painting environment.

1 MEGALINEAR PPJ - For multiple parallel belts, our PPJ (Progressive Pin Joint) joining method allows for easy belt installation without the need to disassemble the application.

Solution: Megalinear with added cover of APL 55A for wear and oil resistance. Life of Megalinear belt with APL 55A cover extended 5 times in comparison with standard construction.

Solution: Megadyne Megalinear PS4.8 eliminated the problem of black rubber dusting and significantly increased the lifetime of the belt. The belt has had no reported failures and maintenance time has been greatly reduced.
