OVERVIEW

Bryan Byrt Group had introduced the Volkswagen brand to their existing range and was re-developing their already successful site to cater for this growth. The new building was constructed behind the existing service facility, however, some of the equipment had to be re-located from one workshop to the other and new equipment needed to be introduced as a part of the project. This fit out needed to be swift and smooth with minimal interruption to the service business.

SOLUTION

The Levanta team worked closely with the client and the builder to ensure that the site redevelopment was efficient, and that minimal disruption was experienced. To ensure success, project timelines were consistently met, due to the critical nature of the transition from one site to the other. The workshop was also required to meet the strict design and branding requirements of the Volkswagen group.

CUSTOMER BENEFIT

A smooth, non-disruptive transfer was successfully achieved and the client experienced minimal disruption to their existing business during this brand expansion. Upholding the strict branding and design requirements as briefed, the delivery of this new and transferred workshop was highly successful, providing enhanced earning capability for our client, while remaining in-line with their budget and timing needs.

The introduction of a new brand meant Bryan Byrt Capalaba had to make some serious changes to accommodate. With a new building, the relocation of existing equipment and the introduction of new equipment and increased space, Levanta was asked to design the best strategy to make this a smooth fit out so as not to disrupt their already successful service division.
