HELLO Europe

We’re delighted to tell you about our exciting plans for europe that are already under way with the opening of two new stores. The first opened during June in amsterdam’s buzzing Heiligeweg district. It’s in a converted traditional five-storey Dutch townhouse featuring a ‘secret’ Coffee Vs Cocoa Bar in a beautiful oak panelled room on the first floor, reached via a partially hidden staircase. Coffee Vs Cocoa is our exciting café concept using freshly roasted cocoa beans.

In Copenhagen, we’re opening our second roast+Conch during October in Østergarde, following the success of the first in Covent garden. and at 2,000 sq feet it will also be our largest store

yet. It will feature the full roast+Conch offering – with daily roasting of rare cocoa beans, small batch chocolate making in the theatre kitchen, a Coffee Vs Cocoa Bar and dishes from our pioneering Cacao Cuisine menu. That’s as well as our chocolate gifts and treats.

The Dutch and Danish markets are very similar to the British, so we’re already feeling right at home. and in ‘foodie’ Copenhagen, which is home to the world’s best restaurant, we believe roast+Conch will fit in perfectly.
