Welcome to the Georgia National Guard Community Relations Office Aviation Static Display request procedures. The Georgia National Guard is made up of both Army National Guard and Air National Guard units. Therefore we have the following aircraft to support the National Guard mission here in Georgia: Army Guard Assets: UH-60L Blackhawk HH-60M Blackhawk (MEDEVAC) OH-58 Kiowa Warrior LUH-72 Lakota CH-47 Chinook Air Guard Assets: E-8C Joint Stars Aircraft C-130 Hercules To request Army Guard Assets: 1) The event coordinator will complete the DD 2535 (click to download). You will need to print, date, and sign it prior to submitting it. 2) The event coordinator will complete the 78 th Aviation Troop Command Aviation Mission Request form (AMR) (click to download). You will need to print, date, and sign it prior to submitting it. 3) E-mail the scanned signed and dated DD 2535, completed electronic AMR excel file, scanned and signed Aviation Display Agreement, and scanned signed and dated Hold Harmless Agreement to [email protected] & [email protected] . To request Air Guard Assets: 1) The event coordinator will need to complete the DD 2535 (click to download) date and sign it. 2) Go to the Air Force website (http://www.airshows.pa.hq.af.mil/PublicSite/Index.cfm?fwa=home ) 3) Click on “New Request” (red button) 4) Click on the words “create new request” (in blue), provide your e-mail information and fill in their request on the Air Force online database 5) Scan and e-mail the signed and dated DD 2535 to [email protected] .

Once the Community Relations Office receives the signed and dated DD 2535, we will determine if your event is eligible for support. If eligible, we will work with our units to see if there are aviation assets available to support your event in addition to supporting our ongoing operations. Once eligibility and asset availability are approved, we will send the event coordinator confirmation of our support. If the event does not qualify or if aviation assets are unavailable, we will send a letter of regret.

Your signed and dated DD 2535 and AMR for Army Guard assets must be received 60 days prior to your event to gain approval.
