Avion Solutions’ UAS price catalog is organized to provide a clear and concise listing of hourly and daily rates for all UAS related services and equipment Avion provides. Avion’s UAS offerings may be augmented with additional capabilities, in coordina-tion with the terms of the UAS Master Ordering Agreement.

Avion provides an hourly rate for aircraft and sensors, as well as a discount for a full day of equipment use. If hazardous conditions apply (defined as weather or other external conditions which endanger substantially increase the risk of loss of an aircraft or payload due to conditions outside of the operators’ control which), hazardous equipment conditions will incur a 25% mark-up from the applicable daily rate. Examples of hazardous/special weather equipment conditions, which would incur a rate premium, include dense obscuration (eg. fog/rain/smoke), significant rain, extreme winds (greater than 25 knots), etc. Any special equipment conditions which pose risk to the aircraft, and thus are subject to the Hazard Price premium, will be addressed prior to beginning work in both the formal quotation to the customer, as well as the pre-flight on-site in a mission risk assessment.

Avion provides a tiered discount for a full eight (8) hour day of labor, or four (4) hours of equipment use. In addition to our standard and weekend rates, Avion also has Special Condition Rates for when hazardous conditions could endanger the operator or impair the operator’s ability to execute the mission due to conditions outside of the operators’ control. Hazardous conditions will incur a 25% mark-up from the applicable hourly rate, as provided in the tables below. Examples of hazardous conditions, which would incur a rate premium, include operation in proximity to active natural disasters (eg. forest fires, hurricanes, etc.), public health emergen-cies (eg. radiation), personal safety risks (eg. active shooter or SWAT missions), etc. Any special conditions which pose a risk to the operator , and thus are subject to the Hazard Price premium, will be addressed prior to beginning work in both the formal quotation to the customer, as well as the pre-flight on-site in a mission risk assessment.

Emergency missions are defined as any mission for which less than 24 hours of notice is provided prior to personnel deployment. Emergency rates are applicable only to labor and are effective from the time of initial deployment through the first four (4) days of the mission or until the first return to home station, whichever comes first. Emergency rates incur a 10% mark-up from Avion’s Standard Rates.
