Remove the factory radio from the dashboard and disconnect wiring from the rear ofthe unit. Now remove the original brackets that mount the factory radio/tape playerunit to the dash. KEEP THESE BRACKETS, you will need them to mount your newRadio/Tape/CD Player. Discard your old factory radio unit itself.

Using wire cutters, cut and remove the shaft supportsfrom the Metra Radio Housing. Next, slide the DIN cageinto the Radio Housing and fasten in place by bendingdown the metal locking tabs. Now slide your new Radio/Tape/CD Player unit intothe DIN cage until secure.

Connect the Metra wire harness (purchased separately) to your new Radio/Tape/CD player.

If it does, continue on to next step. If not, check all wiring connections and test again. If unit still does not work properly, return it to dealer.

Remove the (4) Phillips screws surrounding the steering column. Push down on the light control knob spring and remove the knob.Now remove the entire plastic trim ring from around the factory radio and set aside.
