The following regulations shall govern the awards: 5. Clubs that have been “suspended” or “terminated” by RI, or who are in arrears with district dues, shall not be eligible for any district trophy. THE AWARDS AND THEIR CRITERIA:

1. Attendance Trophy: Criteria; To be presented to the club with the best annual average attendance of all members in accordance with the club’s Constitution & Byelaws.

2. Membership Trophy: Criteria; To be presented to the club with highest net percentage increase in membership.

Economic project (micro finance etc)»Club with highest number of »immunisationsEducation literacy projects (No)»Disease prevention and treatment »projectWater Project»Peace and Conflict»

5. Rotaract Club Of The Year Trophy: Criteria: To be presented to the Rotaract club that has the highest average attendance of members to club activities: These include Fellowships, and Club projects

6. Interact Club Of The Year Trophy: Criteria:To be presented to the Interact Club that has excelled in providing an opportunity for its members to work together in a world fellowship dedicated to service and international understanding. A high standard of club leadership is desirable as well as participation in District and International Conferences.

3. Conference Attendance (2) Trophies: Criteria; To be presented to a club that has attended with the highest numbers of

club members registered by 15th April 2015 (2 Trophies, 1 Uganda and 1Tanzania).

4. Best Club Project Covering Largest Areas Of Focus (2)

Trophies: Criteria;To be awarded to a club with projects and or an RCC, that address the highest number of the 6 key focus areas. (2 Trophies, 1 Uganda and 1 Tanzania.

members, Promoting the Rotary Foundation »objective, Improving the image and impact of »Rotaract and Interact Clubs, Enhancing the image of Rotary, and »Achieving the service programmes »(focus areas) of Rotary.

7. Rotary Foundation Trophy: Criteria:To be presented to the Club with the best all round performance in the programmes of Rotary Foundation. The club shall have contributed to world understanding and peace through local, national and international humanitarian, educational and cultural programmes of the Rotary Foundation. The Club’s per capita contribution to the Foundation during the year shall be an important criterion.

8. Membership Extension Trophy: Criteria: To be presented to the Club that has made the most noteworthy contribution to membership extension through formation of new Rotary Clubs, RCCs, and Rotary Youth Clubs.

9. Family of Rotary Trophy: Criteria:To be presented to the Club that has had the highest number of home hospitalities during the year.(Evidence of Numbers Is of Added Advantage)

10. Club of the year: CriteriaTo be given to the club that meets the highest number of District Goals, which include: » Ensuring proper Leadership, » Improving the number and quality of
